How do I pay?

- We require all of our clients to hold a valid credit card on file, regardless of the preferred payment method.

Credit Card - We will charge the card placed on file prior to the initial service to confirm card information. After the initial service, we will charge the card on file after each service is completed and an email receipt will be sent to the email placed on file.

Cash  - Cash payments will need to be specifically requested for and dropped off at our location in Little Elm at least 48 hours prior to service. Upon request, we will send detailed instructions via email. If cash is not received within the 48 hour deadline, the card on file will be charged at the credit card rate. If the cash payment is received inside of the 48 hour window, the card on file will be charged the credit card rate and the cash will be applied to the following service(s).

What is included in the basic service?

-The basic service includes mowing, line trimming (weed eater), edging and blowing of the main turf areas. It does not include any flower bed service or any areas that are partitioned off. These areas include but are not limited to, growth in the cracks of concrete, paver patios, stone flower bed borders, dog runs and locations that have a high risk of damage to the property.

Do you scalp and bag the turf?

- We offer both of the options upon request!

- Bagging the turf comes with an additional charge of $7.50 per bag removed from the property.

Do I have to sign a contract?

- No, we do not require contracts but do require at least 48 hours notice to any service cancellations.

- If you are looking for a one time service, we are not the company for you. We like to keep our schedules consistent and only take on properties that we are expecting to have a long term relationships with. The initial service price will be adjusted to double the original service rate if services are cancelled after the first service.

Do you offer fertilization and weed control?

- We sure do! We offer an annual program that consists of seven applications through the year. Due to the many variables that come along with this program, we do not offer one time services. We will send a full breakdown of what to expect upon request!

When is the best time to start the fertilization and weed control program?

- Anytime is a good time to start the program! Different weeds are addressed at different times of the year so there is no real good or bad time to start!

What if a sprinkler is broken?

If Green Goat Lawn Care damages your property, it is our intention to make it right. Please address all damaged property issues to info@greengoatlawns.com. Please include a description of the damage and the date that it occurred as well as photos of the damage for verification.

What if I have pets?

- We ask that all animals be placed inside on the day of service. Our technicians will not enter the backyard if there are any animals in the back. While we can't fully commit to scheduled mowing times on the service day, we make all efforts to keep our schedules consistent and we will try to service your property around the same time each service day once our schedules are developed for the season.

What happens if I leave my pet in the back or the gate locked on the service day?

- Please contact us as soon as possible and we can try to coordinate a time to come back. We do everything that we can to avoid an additional trip charge but a charge of $15+ may be applied depending on the logistics of our schedules.

What do I do if I have a lock on my gate?

- No problem as long as it is a combination lock! We will need to know the combination of the lock if you plan to leave it on during the service days. If you currently have a keyed lock, we offer replacement locks that can be adjusted to your preferred combination for $15 each and we can set them up for you.
