While most properties fall under the pricing below, due to the many variables, all services and prices are subject to change.
Basic Mowing
The basic mowing service includes mowing, edging, weed eating and blowing of the main turf areas.
CASH PRICE
$40.00 weekly / bi weekly service.
+$10.00 for corner lots.

Annual Fertilizer & Weed Control Program
The annual program consists of eight applications through the year, averaging out to be around 30-45 days apart during the growing season.

Flower Bed Weed Control
This add on service to the annual fertilizer and weed control program will address any turf overgrowth / weeds in the flower beds during each of the seven applications.

Bush Trim
The bush trim service will include trimming of the bushes / shrubs in the flower beds. The rates are applied by the half hour with a minimum of one half hour for each service.

Mulch
The full bed service includes a bush trimming, bed cleaning and addition of new mulch. The mulch is available in red, brown and black. The basic mulch service will include the addition of new mulch to the beds.
